Atit provides fairness opinions, solvency opinions and other financial and valuation advisory services to private and public clients across all industries. His expertise encompasses a broad range of complex transactions, including take-privates, spin-offs, divestitures, tender offers, capital raises, related-party transactions, recapitalizations, GP-led secondaries, liability management exercises and liability carve-outs. He is a trusted advisor to boards of directors, special committees and private equity GPs, delivering independent advice and insights that guide decision-making in high-stakes scenarios.

Atit brings a unique perspective to his clients, having started his career in the transaction opinions service line as an analyst. This foundation has given him a deep understanding of the process at every level, from the analytics required in detailed modeling to the strategic, high-level perspectives demanded by board members. His hands-on approach ensures that every aspect of an engagement—whether in-depth analysis or big-picture strategy—is executed flawlessly.

Atit serves on the board of directors of Tutoring Chicago, a non-profit organization that delivers the power of education to children facing economic barriers through one-to-one tutoring and high-quality programming building a brighter future for all of Chicago’s children.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Atit worked in the transaction opinions practice at Duff & Phelps (n/k/a Kroll).

Atit holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in accounting, finance and technology management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and holds the Series 63 and Series 79 certifications.
