Varun provides valuation services in India to public and private clients across a wide range of industries.

Varun has nearly 30 years of experience providing valuations and opinions for purposes as diverse as financial reporting, strategic decision-making, tax planning, restructuring, collateralization, transfer pricing, litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Varun served as Managing Director of EthiQuant, a full-service valuation and analytics provider which Lincoln acquired in 2023. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps where he oversaw the Asia Pacific valuation business and served as Chairman of the firm’s Asia Pacific Management Committee.

Varun earned a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
