As co-head of Lincoln’s transaction opinions team, Chris provides fairness and solvency opinion advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, spin-off transactions, general partner-led continuation vehicles, dividend recaps, stock repurchases and corporate restructurings.

Drawing on more than two decades of robust industry expertise, Chris serves as an independent advisor to clients, providing impeccable and timely guidance that creates significant value and fosters long-lasting relationships.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Chris spent the past 25 years at Houlihan Lokey, most recently as a Senior Advisor and co-head of the fund opinion group and previously as Managing Director and co-head of the transaction opinion group.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from New York University, an advanced degree in banking from Williams College and a Bachelor of Science in management from Post University.
