Who We Are / Our People / Smitha Balasubramanian

Smitha provides valuation opinions and advisory services to public and private companies and investment advisors. She advises alternative investment funds, including business development companies, private equity firms, credit funds, hedge funds and other financial institutions, on the valuation of illiquid debt and equity investments.

For 10 years, Smitha has provided clients with well-supported valuations and opinions that comply with regulatory reporting standards.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Smitha worked with Macquarie Group, where she provided mergers and acquisitions advisory services and equity research.

Smitha earned a Master of Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Engineering and Computer Science from R.V. College of Engineering.
