Employee Resource Groups (ERG): Tightening Connections

Lincoln Working Parents Network

“Our Lincoln Working Parents Network is designed to strengthen relationships, share resources and find the silver linings amidst the incredibly rewarding, yet occasionally challenging, role as a working parent. Throughout the year we offer a variety of activities, events and resources that bring this community together – it’s so great that the company champions programs to connect and engage our kids while supporting work life balance.”
– Christa Winikates, Compliance Manager at Lincoln International

Lincoln Women’s Network

“The Lincoln Women’s Network promotes a culture of connectedness and gender equity across our organization. Our group facilitates opportunities for women to have open conversations, learn and collaborate in the pursuit of personal and professional development, mentorship and community impact.  Women have the unique opportunity to empower other women through mentorship, leaning on each other and sharing our own experiences of triumphs and tribulations. Our women’s network provides a forum to do just that.”
– Mary Weber, Chief Talent Officer at Lincoln International

Lincoln Pride Alliance

“In the Lincoln Pride Alliance, we are committed to celebrating LGBTQ+ individuals and allies by increasing visibility across all identities, while encouraging inclusivity and support through professional development and mentorship opportunities. We also provide resources to help educate each other and our colleagues with tools on how to be better allies. This group has helped foster more than a sense of acceptance – it’s truly a sense of advocacy.”
– Matt Kessler, Managing Director at Lincoln International

Lincoln Veterans Network

“The Lincoln Veteran’s Network connects current and former members of the armed forces in- and outside of Lincoln. This community supports the recruitment and retention of veterans into the firm. As a veteran, I truly feel the sense of gratitude Lincoln has for my years of service in the Marine Corps, and appreciation for the unique value I can bring to the firm because of my experiences.”
– Frank Crocker, Vice President at Lincoln International

“Lincoln is developing several additional ERGs to create communities for support, sharing and education across a variety of dimensions, including the Black Professionals’ Network, LatinX Professionals’ Network, Asian Professionals’ Network and Professionals with Disabilities. The introduction of these groups further reinforces how quickly we are evolving and how much our colleagues want to form communities with each other.”
– Mary Weber, Chief Talent Officer at Lincoln International
