As Chief Talent Officer, Mary oversees the strategic planning and initiatives that help Lincoln attract, retain and engage high performers. Mary has been instrumental in setting the vision around maximizing business potential and client outcomes through developing both professionally rewarding and market competitive employee programs. Mary’s focus on Lincoln’s talent-base has helped Lincoln to drive a best-in-class culture and industry-leading retention rates.

Before leading the talent function for Lincoln, Mary worked in client advisory at the firm, primarily focused on sell-side assignments in the business services, consumer and industrial sectors. This connection to the business has enabled the development of extremely applicable programs and development opportunities for Lincoln’s people.

Mary holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Finance and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Illinois.
