Mary Weber, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Talent Officer | Chicago

As Chief Operating Officer, Mary Weber will drive change management initiatives, collaborating closely with group leaders to ensure coordination, communication and consistency globally. In addition, Mary will continue in her role as Chief Talent Officer, overseeing the strategic planning and initiatives that help Lincoln attract, retain and engage high performers.

She provides leadership on many of Lincoln’s key initiatives beyond the talent function, applying her experience as an investment banker and her keen judgment about effectiveness, efficiency and operations garnered during her tenure at the firm.

He specializes in estimating the fair value of a wide array of financial instruments including private loans, preferred equity, common equity and warrant positions. Nick has been with Lincoln for more than a decade, starting in the Chicago office, transferring to New York and then relocating to London to help launch our European Valuations & Opinions Group, which has grown to more than 15 members, supporting burgeoning demand for valuations across the continent.
