Griffin is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group with a focus in infrastructure and application software. He specializes in data management, content management, process management, government technology and revenue operations, among other sectors.

Griffin has a deep understanding of the TMT industry. He supports clients throughout the entire process and finds comprehensive solutions to meet their needs. Griffin has the skills, expertise and focus necessary to provide outstanding results for the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Griffin served as a Director at Spurrier Capital Partners (SCP), which was acquired by Lincoln in early 2022. At SCP, Griffin advised on transactions with leading strategic buyers such as Google, ServiceNow, Oracle and IBM, as well as with top financial sponsors such as Vista Equity, Thoma Bravo, TA Associates, TPG, Francisco Partners and JMI, among many others. Previously, Griffin worked as a Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities.

Griffin graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Washington and Lee University, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Griffin serves on the board of the Adeona Foundation, an organization aimed at supporting youth and community-based charities in the New York area.
