Brad is a senior member of Lincoln’s Consumer Group and has been instrumental in both the firm’s and the group’s growth globally. He has 40 years of client service experience. With a hands-on, results-oriented approach, Brad advises clients on middle market mergers and acquisitions and growth equity transactions. His clients include leading private equity groups, private companies and large corporations.
Brad has extensive experience preparing and positioning companies to maximize value and create as many transaction alternatives as possible. He has completed dozens of consumer industry transactions, particularly in the food and beverage, consumer products and e-commerce segments.
Before joining Lincoln, Brad was a Managing Director at Andersen Corporate Finance, where he focused on building their global investment banking business and products industry team. Prior, Brad held numerous leadership positions within Coopers & Lybrand, including National Co-head of the valuations business and Head of the Midwest financial advisory services business in Chicago and Minneapolis.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University.
