Riccardo Cazzoli

As a Managing Director in the Consumer Group, Riccardo provides investment banking and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the consumer healthcare and personal care sectors. He has significant experience leading successful transactions for private equity firms, public companies and privately-held businesses, and maintains an active network of relationships with investors, large corporations and entrepreneurs in the industry.

With more than 17 years of investment banking experience in the consumer sector, Riccardo has in-depth industry knowledge and understanding of branded businesses and consumer dynamics. During his career, Riccardo has advised clients on a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side assignments, corporate carve-outs and leveraged buyouts, both domestic and cross-border, along with equity and debt capital raises.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Riccardo spent almost nine years at Sawaya Partners, an M&A advisory firm specialized in consumer products, where he was a Managing Director focused on the health and wellness sector. Before Sawaya Partners, Riccardo was a Director at Barclays (previously Lehman Brothers) in its Global Consumer Group in New York and in London, focusing on clients in the consumer healthcare and in the household and personal care sectors.

Riccardo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Bologna.
