The Deal
Swig Life engaged Lincoln International as its exclusive financial advisor to find a partner that could support the company with its next phase of growth. Supported by its deep industry knowledge, Lincoln ran a tailored process including both strategic and financial investors while providing critical strategic advice to deliver a successful outcome to all parties involved. Swig Life’s partnership with Leapfrog Brands is expected to result in meaningful value creation from its deep bench of resources.
This transaction continues Lincoln’s track record in consumer products as well as the firm’s longstanding history of completing successful transactions for owner-entrepreneurs and private companies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
