The Deal
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Journey Builders, working closely with the management team and shareholders to find the right partner for its next phase of growth. At a time when the roofing industry was undergoing substantial changes, Lincoln’s roofing sector knowledge and deep private equity relationships helped the Journey team find a highly complementary partner in Results Roofing.
