Nicolas Bender is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Consumer Group specializing in the food & beverage industry. He advises private equity firms, business owners, entrepreneurs and executives on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital structure transactions.

Nicolas partners closely with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. He leverages over a decade of experience advising on transactions representing billions in aggregate value. Combining deep sector expertise with a hands-on, solution-driven approach, he helps position businesses effectively, engage the right investors and successfully navigate complex transactions.

As a former competitive track & field athlete, Nicolas has a longstanding passion for nutrition and its role in supporting health and performance. His personal interest in the industry complements his professional expertise, providing valuable insights into dynamics shaping the sector.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Nicolas worked in Raymond James’ food and beverage / consumer investment banking team. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Alantra and PwC.

Nicolas studied business economics at Goethe University Frankfurt with a specialization in finance and accounting.
