Tyler provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the consumer industry. He has extensive experience advising private and family-owned businesses, private equity groups and publicly traded corporations on sell-side, buy-side and cross-border transactions.

Tyler has deep consumer industry expertise that enables him to provide creative and bespoke solutions to his clients. He learns about their unique objectives through frequent touchpoints and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to support wherever possible.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tyler was an Assistant Vice President at PPM America where he focused on business development.

Tyler earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Denver.
