Lincoln International Adds Nicolas Bender as Managing Director, Expanding European F&B Coverage

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Nicolas Bender as Managing Director in Lincoln’s Consumer Group. Based in Munich, Nicolas will expand Lincoln’s food and beverage platform.

“The food and beverage sector has seen sustained tailwinds and transaction momentum in recent quarters, both in Europe and beyond,” said Monika Nickl, Managing Director & Co-Head of Lincoln’s Consumer Group in Europe. “Our team and our clients will be well-served by his years of experience and deep expertise.”

Nicolas’ hiring underscores Lincoln’s commitment to delivering exemplary service across sector lines. With his joining, the firm’s European Consumer Group grows to six Managing Directors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Nicolas worked in Raymond James’ food and beverage / consumer group. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Alantra and PwC. Nicolas studied business economics at Goethe University Frankfurt with specialization in finance and accounting.
