Srividya is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Valuations & Opinions Group, where she leads the firm’s Middle East practice. With nearly three decades of experience in valuations, transactions and management consulting, she advises clients on a wide range of valuation matters, including financial reporting, transactions, restructuring, taxation, dispute resolution and financing.

Srividya has deep expertise advising global and regional alternative investment funds, including sovereign wealth funds, private equity, private credit and venture capital investors. She has advised corporate clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products and energy.

Srividya is the Chair of the Business Valuation Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and a member of several key working groups, including the Intangible Asset Disclosure Industry Working Group, a public-private initiative in Singapore, and the ESG Valuation Working Group. She has published numerous articles on valuation, private equity, venture capital and M&A, and is a sought-after speaker for conferences and media engagements.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Srividya was a Managing Director at Kroll (formerly known as Duff & Phelps) leading its Southeast Asia valuations practice. She has also served on the Regulatory Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Council of the Institute of Valuers & Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS), where she chaired the Professional Development Working Group.

Srividya is a registered Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (CVA) with IVAS and a Member of the RICS in the Business & Intangible Valuation pathway. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA), is a Graduate of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce.
