Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Srividya Gopal has joined the firm as Managing Director to lead Valuations & Opinions efforts in the Middle East. Srividya will be located in Dubai, where Lincoln will be opening an office to serve clients across the Middle East. Given her deep experience in the Asia Pacific region, she will also be supporting Lincoln’s clients and initiatives in APAC.

With nearly three decades of experience in valuations, transactions and management consulting, Srividya enhances Lincoln’s ability to deliver deep market knowledge and proprietary data to limited partners (LPs), sovereign funds and alternative asset managers. Her expertise spans advising global and regional investment funds, including private equity, private credit, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital investors as well as business conglomerates.

Lincoln’s planned office in the UAE underscores the firm’s commitment to providing trusted valuation services to the Middle East’s growing financial ecosystem. The region is a recognized hub for capital flows, and Lincoln’s presence there aligns with several client organizations also establishing offices in the market.

“Lincoln’s Valuations & Opinions Group is a truly global practice with professionals in the U.S., Europe and India who provide an array of services, including portfolio valuations and fairness and transaction opinions,” said Ron Kahn, Managing Director and global co-head of Valuations & Opinions. “Srividya’s exceptional track record of building businesses across APAC will be an instant value-add, where she can deliver a full range of valuation services.”

Srividya joins a team of more than 230 global Valuations & Opinions professionals. The team conducts more than 6,000 quarterly portfolio valuations in addition to delivering a broad suite of valuations services.

“Srividya is a seasoned valuations advisor who has been instrumental in shaping valuation frameworks in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region,” commented Patricia Luscombe, Managing Director and global co-head of Valuations & Opinions. “We are thrilled to welcome her to Lincoln and excited for our clients to benefit from the combination of Lincoln’s proprietary index data and Srividya’s vast experience.”

In addition to her new role at Lincoln, Srividya has been appointed as the Chair of the Business Valuation Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and has served on several professional body boards including the Institute of Valuers & Appraisers, Singapore (where she was a Council Member) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

“I am looking forward to supporting clients and their stakeholders in the Middle East with reliable valuation analysis and opinions that facilitate their strategic priorities including governance, growth and independence,” said Srividya. “The Middle East is a global financial center and a critical source of capital with compelling investment opportunities. I look forward to working with regional and global investors while delivering valuation solutions tailored to their unique objectives.”
