Kevin provides mergers and acquisitions execution and valuation advisory services. He has executed transactions for leading private equity groups, publicly traded companies and privately held and family-owned businesses. His experience includes sell-side and buy-side transactions, cross-border advisory, debt advisory, bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as enterprise and asset-specific valuation assignments.
Kevin has deep industry knowledge of the industrials and energy sectors, and has experience working with companies in motion control, flow control, agriculture construction and mining, and engineered components and systems.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Kevin began his professional career at CRA International, where he concentrated on valuation assignments in support of intellectual property litigation, as well as technical consulting mandates related to strategic branding and royalty negotiations.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (with Honors) from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
