Matthew advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to achieve their strategic goals and ambitions. He has nearly 15 years of M&A experience advising a number of private, public and private equity owned clients on both sell-side and buy-side transactions, domestically and cross-border. Matthew has extensive expertise working with industrial and automotive companies operating in the U.K. and internationally.
Matthew applies deep industrial sector knowledge to help his clients find success in a market that is driven by technology, tightening regulation and innovation. He helps management teams, shareholders and other stakeholders leverage their market positions to drive growth and profitability. His expertise spans the industrials sector, including recent work with companies in automotive, filtration and flow and motion control products.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Matthew worked in KPMG’s transaction services department, focusing on industrial clients.
Matthew earned a Master of Chemistry from the University of Oxford. He is a qualified chartered accountant.
