Ben provides advisory services on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to clients in the industrials sector. He has 20 years of M&A experience, focused on sell-side transactions for private equity groups, private companies and corporate clients. Through precise planning and aggressive execution, Ben provides balanced counsel and careful coordination of all stakeholders to deliver global buyer options and drive outlier results.
Ben specializes in industrial technology companies and manufacturers of niche engineered industrial components. He brings deep industry insight to his clients, helping them identify ways to maximize value well before a sale process.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Ben worked at Danaher Corporation and KeyBanc Capital Markets, executing M&A and capital raising transactions for industrial clients.
Ben earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University.
