Brian has significant experience leading and executing mergers and acquisitions transactions for industrial growth companies in digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0, electrification and energy, sustainability and packaging.
Brian has experience working with private equity, privately-held and public companies. He is an advocate for his clients, providing perspectives that help them identify ways to differentiate in their markets, manage challenging issues and create value. He has a track record of delivering premium outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Brian worked in the proprietary research group of Glenview Capital Management and at Fitch Ratings in the asset-backed securities group.
Brian earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
