Brian is focused on complete transaction execution — from helping source new business opportunities through transaction closings. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, including sell-side, buy-side and cross-border assignments.
Brian has completed transactions for leading private equity groups, public companies and private and family-owned businesses. In a time of rapidly changing technology, Brian is an ally to his clients, providing perspectives that help them differentiate, manage challenging issues and stay ahead of the curve.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Brian worked in the proprietary research group of Glenview Capital Management where he researched economic fundamentals of the fund’s technology and business services investments. Before Glenview, Brian worked at Fitch Ratings where he focused on monitoring the collateral performance of asset-backed securities, specifically federal and private student loan-backed bonds.
Brian earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
