Who We Are / Our People / Eric Cartier

Eric provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services within the aerospace and defense sector. He leverages over 20 years of M&A experience to provide sell-side and buy-side advisory services to entrepreneurs and private equity-owned clients.

Eric specializes in defense products and aerospace machining and forging, services and aftermarket. In addition to his deep experience providing M&A advisory services, he has advised on a wide range of transaction types including corporate divestitures and take-privates.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Eric served as a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s aerospace, defense and government group.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the George Washington University.
