Alessandro Foschi provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, entrepreneurs and corporates. He leverages over two decades of experience in the investment banking industry to advise on sell-side and buy-side mandates, both domestic and international.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Alessandro served as a Managing Director at Lazard, where he spent more than two decades advising private equity firms, entrepreneurs and corporates on a broad range of M&A and equity transactions.
Alessandro earned a Bachelor of Science from Bocconi University in business administration and finance.
