Mindful Capital Partners and private shareholders have sold Sidam Group to Plastiflex Group, a portfolio company of IK Partners
Sidam Group
Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Italy’s Mirandola biomedical district, Sidam is a specialist provider of customized disposable medical devices for the management of critical medical fluids, serving attractive and resilient therapeutic areas including radiology, radiopharma, oncology and regenerative medicine. The company provides a broad portfolio of high-value consumables and end-to-end capabilities spanning R&D, engineering, assembly, testing, packaging and regulatory certification, serving leading OEMs, hospitals and distributors across approximately 30 countries from three facilities in Mirandola.
The Deal
Sidam’s shareholders engaged Lincoln International to identify the right partner to support the company’s next phase of growth. Lincoln acted as exclusive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisor, leading a structured and competitive process that highlighted Sidam’s differentiated positioning, long-standing customer relationships and growth potential. Plastiflex emerged as the preferred partner, given its strong strategic fit, global presence and ability to support Sidam’s future development.
