Med-X-Press, headquartered in Goslar, Germany, is a provider of contract logistics services (comprising warehousing, transport management and value-added services) for clients from the pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech and healthcare sectors. Med-X-Press operates with more than 215 highly qualified employees, offering 20,000 pallet positions (15–25°C), cold-storage capacity (2–8°C) and one of Germany’s leading controlled drugs warehouses with over 4,500 pallet positions. The Med-X-Press is holding a §13 AMG manufacturing authorization and is fully GMP / GDP certified.
The Deal
This transaction has expanded the integrated and scalable platform of the SK Pharma Group in the highly regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics sector and strengthens its position in a structurally growing market environment. The combination forms one of the largest specialized healthcare logistics platforms in the DACH region, comprising 8 locations, around 600 staff and over 160 clients across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
