Armen has completed a minority investment in Freshstream

Freshstream

Freshstream is a European private equity firm managing approximately €2 billion in assets, with offices in London, Paris and Amsterdam. The firm partners with entrepreneurs, families and management teams across Western Europe, with a particular focus on the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Ireland.

The Deal

Armen has completed a minority investment in Freshstream to support the continued development of its European platform and Freshstream’s capacity to invest alongside its fund investors in future funds. Lincoln International advised Freshstream in connection with the transaction.

Armen

Armen is a European general partner (GP) stakes investor focused on minority investments in alternative asset management firms. Freshstream represents the sixth investment of Armen GP Stakes Fund I.
