TJC has sold Vyne Medical, a division of Vyne, to MRO Corporation, a portfolio company of Parthenon Capital

Vyne Medical

Vyne Medical provides health information exchange and electronic healthcare communication management solutions that help healthcare organizations capture, manage and exchange clinical and administrative information throughout the continuum of care. Its portfolio includes capabilities supporting document and communication workflows, clinical data intake, discrete data extraction and selected revenue-cycle processes for Patient Access and HIM teams.

The Deal

The addition of Vyne Medical expands MRO’s Enterprise Clinical Data Management platform across the clinical data lifecycle. Together, the organizations combine intelligent automation with human expertise to help healthcare organizations manage high-volume clinical information more efficiently. The automation classifies, extracts and routes information at scale while experienced teams provide oversight where judgement is required to improve accuracy and turnaround times without increasing demands on a provider’s staff.

“Some of the most valuable data in a health system is often trapped in a fax, a phone call or a scanned document outside the EMR, invisible to the teams who need it, and regularly rekeyed by hand to inform another workflow,” said Jason Brown, CEO of MRO. “By adding Vyne Medical’s capabilities, we can capture that information at the “front door” when it enters a provider’s workflow, curate it into discrete, structured clinical data, and exchange it wherever it needs to go, making that data accessible and intelligent so they can take the appropriate action.”

The combined organization will serve more than 2,500 hospitals and 35,000 clinics, helping them close the gaps between disparate information sources and build a more complete, actionable view of every patient.

“For over 25 years, Vyne Medical has sought to connect disconnected data across documents, faxes, images, voice and unstructured data. By joining MRO, we further that mission together, delivering a more complete patient record for the clients who trust us today and those who will tomorrow,” said Caleb Manscill, President of Vyne Medical.

“Vyne Medical is a strong business with an exceptional team, and MRO is the right home to help it grow further. This is a focus decision. The largest, fastest-growing opportunity in front of us is dental RCM, where we already hold a leading position on both the provider and payer side of the revenue cycle. Concentrating our resources here lets us drive innovation rather than split our attention across two important but different healthcare segments,” said Steve Roberts, CEO of Vyne.

“Vyne Dental holds a leading position in dental revenue cycle management, and this transaction lets Steve and the team put all of their energy behind it,” said Dan Williams, Partner and Head of Healthcare at TJC. “We will continue to back the company’s product roadmap and its acquisition strategy as it builds the platform that connects dental practices, DSOs and payers. We also thank the Vyne Medical team and wish them every success as part of MRO.”

Lincoln International served as the exclusive financial advisor to Vyne and The Jordan Company. This transaction demonstrates Lincoln’s leading advisory position in the healthcare technology (HCIT) space and represents Lincoln’s fourth HCIT transaction of 2026.

Our Perspective

Michael Siano, Managing Director in Lincoln International’s Healthcare Group, commented, “Health systems continue to face growing complexity in managing clinical and administrative information across Patient Access, HIM and other critical workflows, creating significant demand for technology that can better capture, structure and activate data. Vyne Medical has built a differentiated platform that combines deep healthcare expertise, intelligent automation and mission-critical workflow solutions to help health systems manage information more efficiently. We believe MRO is an ideal strategic partner for Vyne Medical, bringing together highly complementary capabilities across the clinical data lifecycle and creating an even stronger platform to serve healthcare organizations. At the same time, the transaction enables Vyne Dental to deepen its strategic focus on dental revenue cycle management and concentrate its resources and investment behind the significant growth opportunities within that market. We are proud to have advised Vyne and TJC on this important milestone and look forward to the continued success of both businesses.”
