Lincoln International Adds Alessandro Foschi as Managing Director, Strengthening M&A Coverage in Italy

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Alessandro Foschi as a Managing Director in the firm’s Milan office. Alessandro will help lead Lincoln’s advisory efforts in Italy, bringing more than two decades of experience in the investment banking industry.

Lincoln’s Italian team has demonstrated strength across sectors and transaction types in 2026, including multiple cross-border capital raises and sell-side mandates.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Alessandro served as a Managing Director at Lazard, where he spent more than two decades advising private equity firms, entrepreneurs and corporates on a broad range of M&A and equity transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Bocconi University in business administration and finance.
