Precision Roll Solutions (PRS) is a full-service provider of highly engineered precision engraved rolls, plates, components and cylinders serving the web converting industry, including flexographic, gravure, embossing, laminating, coating and metering applications. The company serves a diverse range of end markets including packaging, consumer staples, industrial, building products, automotive and medical. The company’s offering includes laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls, precision engraved gravure and embossing cylinders, specialty base rolls, print sleeves and web handling equipment, along with a comprehensive suite of roll repair, refurbishment and machining services. The Deal

Warren Equity Partners (WEP) acquired Precision Roll Solutions to combine it with portfolio company American Roller Company (ARC). The transaction advances WEP’s strategy to build the largest and most diversified web converting platform offering engineered products and services focused on the aftermarket. The combination creates a compelling opportunity for immediate and long-term organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
