The Deal
The acquisition extends Justrite Safety Group’s platform into the high-growth data center end market and adds purpose-built lifting solutions to its portfolio of mission-critical safety and compliance products.
Lincoln International served as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Justrite Safety Group and Audax Private Equity, providing market insights throughout the process. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
