Andrew provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services within Lincoln’s Industrials Group for leading private equity firms, public companies, successful entrepreneurs and private business owners.
Andrew utilizes his extensive M&A experience to perform due diligence to identify strategic positioning attributes, key business growth drivers and potential risks for his clients. He specializes in working with building products and industrial technology companies.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Andrew worked within Deloitte’s M&A transaction services group where he led the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for significant private equity and corporate clients.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
