Scott Molinaro

As co-head of Lincoln’s building products offering, Scott advises owners and operators of assets on a variety of transactions. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, including sell-side, buy-side, cross-border and debt advisory assignments. Scott has significant execution expertise in the space, closing numerous transactions for leading private equity groups, public companies, private and family-owned businesses.

Scott focuses on helping clients who operate within new residential, new nonresidential, repair, remodel and retrofit building product sectors. He is also a thought leader in the building and construction space, hosting multiple industry panels and events and writing multiple publications over time.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Scott worked as a senior equity research analyst at Spot Trading LLC where he covered and made investment recommendations in a variety of industrial and consumer equities.

Scott earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University.
