David provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services within Lincoln’s Industrials Group, primarily focusing on the engineered industrial products and building products sectors.

With over ten years in the industry, David brings broad transaction expertise and analytical rigor to identify differentiating attributes, key business drivers and risks for clients.

David began his career at Lincoln, joining as an Analyst. He then spent time within Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division as a Vice President before re-joining Lincoln in 2022.

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with high distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
