Construction Forms has received an investment from H.I.G. Capital
Founded in 1969, Construction Forms is the global leader in the development and production of engineered, abrasion-resistant piping systems and replaceable components for concrete pumping, mining and other critical industrial applications. Headquartered in Port Washington, Wisconsin, with a second manufacturing facility in Warstein, Germany, the company serves a global customer base that includes leading concrete-pumping service providers, mining and infrastructure original equipment manufacturers, engineering firms and distributors through its family of three established brands: Con Forms, Esser and UltraTech.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Construction Forms, working closely with its shareholders and management throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
