The Deal

During Transition Capital Partners (TCP)’s ownership period, Petroflex experienced significant growth as a result of investments in operations, personnel, production capacity and commercial strategy. The company is excited to continue its growth trajectory with Arcane Capital Partners, who envisions significant opportunity to build a platform of scale, leverage recycling plastics operations and grow with secularly growing end markets. As part of the transaction, the selling shareholders reinvested a minority stake in the company.
