Doug Paulus

Doug provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the industrials industry. He has experience executing cross-border sell-side and buy-side transactions and capital advisory engagements for leading private equity groups, public companies and family-owned businesses.

Doug specializes in working with manufacturers of aerospace and defense products, engineered industrial components and industrial technology solutions. He brings deep industry insights, hands-on manufacturing operations knowledge and broad transaction experience to his clients, helping them consider and evaluate strategic alternatives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Doug spent nearly a decade in manufacturing operations, managing facilities across the United States for Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC) and other leading aerospace and defense manufacturing companies.

Doug holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
