Thompson Street Capital Partners and Onward Capital have sold Domaille to ADDMAN Engineering, a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners

Headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota, Domaille is a leading manufacturer of mission critical aerospace and defense (A&D) components and proprietary fiber optic instruments.

The Deal

Lincoln leveraged strong expertise in A&D machining, industrial technology and extensive network of relationships to secure an optimal outcome for the shareholders and find the right partner for Domaille. Domaille brings ADDMAN Engineering long-term relationships with blue-chip A&D customers, exceptional engineering talent and geographic reach. This transaction will firmly establish ADDMAN as an end-to-end solutions provider that is capable of supporting the mission critical, additive manufacturing, traditional machining and post-processing needs of demanding customers.
