Justin provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in Lincoln’s Industrials Group, specializing in the aerospace and defense (A&D) sector. He has executed cross-border sell-side transactions for leading private equity groups, public companies and family-owned businesses.
Justin has successfully completed transactions across numerous A&D subsectors including defense electronics; composites, aeroengine; maintenance, repair and overhaul and engineered components. He brings deep industry insight and broad transaction experience to his clients, helping them consider and evaluate strategic alternatives.
Justin has spent his entire professional career at Lincoln, joining the firm as an analyst.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (with high honors) from the University of Notre Dame.
