Chiltern Capital has sold Strata Products to GreenCorp

Strata Products Ltd (Strata), founded in 1987, is a leading, design-led manufacturer of high-quality home and garden consumer products in the UK. The company has an extensive portfolio of sustainably manufactured products sold under a range of recognizable brands and private labels to a diverse mix of leading high street retailers, DIY specialists, garden center chains and supermarkets across the UK, Europe and North America. Chiltern Capital supported the management buyout of Strata as part of a carve-out from Berry Global Group, Inc. (Berry Global), a Fortune 500 developer, manufacturer and distributor of plastic products across a broad range of end markets.

The Deal

Lincoln International advised Chiltern Capital on the sale of its portfolio company, Strata, to GreenCorp, LLC (GreenCorp). In partnership with Chiltern Capital, Strata has established itself as a highly recognizable brand within the consumer products market. The addition of Strata to the GreenCorp platform will broaden Strata’s capabilities and strengthen its presence in the U.S. market.
