James provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions within the industrials sector.

James has experience executing both capital raising and advisory transactions for a range of private equity-owned, founder-owned and public clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, James worked for Canaccord Genuity as an analyst.

James holds a Master of Arts in economics and modern history with honors from the University of St. Andrews.
