Tim advises corporate and private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financing for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations and restructurings. He utilizes his past transaction experience, industry knowledge and broad financial network to deliver creative and outlier financing solutions.
Throughout his career, Tim has executed mid-market and broadly syndicated debt transactions across a range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, business services and technology.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Tim structured, underwrote, documented and funded mid-market healthcare debt transactions for Capital One and GE Capital. Previously, Tim underwrote mid-market and broadly syndicated debt transactions across a wide variety of industries for Crestline Denali Capital.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a certified public accountant.
