Justin advises corporate and private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financing for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations and restructurings. He utilizes his past transaction experience, industry knowledge and broad financial network to help his clients achieve their growth plans and strategic initiatives.
Justin arranges critical financing for private equity firms as they pursue opportunities to deploy capital in an increasingly competitive market.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Justin executed mid-market debt investments at Madison Capital Funding. He served in a variety of finance, accounting and acquisition roles with Stock Building Supply and in the investor relations group of Stock’s U.K.-based parent company, Wolseley plc.
Justin earned a Master of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science from Wingate University.
