Justin May

Justin advises corporate and private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financing for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings and growth initiatives. He utilizes his past transaction experience, industry knowledge and broad financial network to help his clients achieve their growth plans and strategic initiatives.

Justin’s primary focus is arranging financing for businesses in the technology, media and telecom industry with significant experience across sectors, including software (enterprise, infrastructure and vertical), healthcare information technology, tech-enabled services and media.  His role encompasses aiding private equity and venture capital firms secure critical capital for their portfolio investments, as well as independent, privately-owned companies secure financing to meet their strategic and corporate goals.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Justin executed middle market debt investments at Madison Capital Funding. Previously, he served in a variety of finance, accounting and acquisition roles with Stock Building Supply and in the investor relations group of Stock’s U.K.-based parent company, Wolseley plc.

Justin earned a Master of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science from Wingate University.
