Jeremy Mau

I am passionate about driving outlier outcomes for my clients and helping them achieve their dreams and goals through sound strategic advice and tenacious execution.

Jeremy provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and debt advisory services to publicly traded companies, leading private equity groups and their portfolio companies and owner-entrepreneurs across a variety of industries.

Jeremy’s transaction experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructuring transactions and capital raises. He is an advocate for his clients, utilizing his deep insights, analytical approach and thoughtful perspective to deliver superior results.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jeremy spent more than 15 years running a family business, where he learned how to build a company from the ground up.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. During his time in graduate school, he had the honor of being elected to President of the Anderson Student Asset Management (ASAM) Fellowship, the UCLA quant-focused, student investment fund with nearly $1 million in assets under management (AUM).
