Hardeep is a member of the firm’s Valuations & Opinions Group, focusing on fairness and solvency opinions. He provides financial, transaction and valuation advice across multiple industries to private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as public and private companies and their boards of directors.

With over a decade of financial advisory experience, Hardeep has extensive knowledge of related fund, leveraged buyout, merger, going-private, carve-out, spin-off, recapitalization and special/leveraged dividend transactions and transaction trends, including within the technology sector.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Hardeep was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps in its corporate finance advisory and transaction opinions practice. Previously, he worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture.

Hardeep earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Missouri. Hardeep holds the Series 63 and Series 79 certifications.
