Lincoln International adds William Epstein as Managing Director
Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that William Epstein has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Valuations & Opinions Group in Los Angeles.
William will provide fairness and solvency opinion advisory services to clients in connection with a wide array of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, distressed financings, continuation vehicles, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations and spinoffs.
“Our transaction opinions practice is very active and growing at a remarkable rate, and adding William will reinforce our momentum, particularly on the West Coast,” Ron Kahn, Managing Director and co-head of Lincoln’s Valuations & Opinions Group, commented. “William is a statesman of this industry, and his expertise will enhance our activity around public company, board and special committee assignments as well as private equity affiliate party fairness opinion assignments.”
Chris Gregory, Managing Director and head of Lincoln’s transaction opinions team, added, “William will be instrumental in the continued growth Lincoln has experienced in providing fairness opinions in connection with GP-led continuation vehicle transactions.”
