Sebastian Carvajal

Sebastian Carvajal advises investment managers, private equity firms, financial institutions and public-sector entities on the valuation, analysis and execution of complex structured finance and credit portfolio transactions. His experience spans consumer asset-backed securities, student loans, whole loan portfolios, specialty finance assets and other securitized credit products.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sebastian worked in Houlihan Lokey’s structured credit valuation team. Earlier in his career, he worked in KPMG’s economic & valuation services group, where he supported mergers and acquisitions-based valuation engagements, including purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing.

Sebastian earned a Master of Science in applied statistics from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Montclair State University.
