As co-head of Lincoln’s European Industrials Group, Guillaume originates and executes mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for European corporate and private equity clients. He has over 25 years of experience advising private and public companies and private equity firms on sell- and buy-side transactions and divestitures.

Guillaume works with a variety of clients across the industrial, energy, power and infrastructure and building products industries. He provides deep industry knowledge and regional expertise to help his clients pursue international growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Guillaume was head of global capital goods at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance, where he spearheaded the development of its M&A franchise. Guillaume started his career working with the M&A groups of Société Générale and PwC.

Guillaume earned a Master of Business Administration from Institut d’Etudes Politiques and a Master of Corporate and Tax Law from University Paris II-Assas.
