PRV Aerospace has received a fairness opinion with regards to its acquisition of Arden Engineering
Lincoln International LLC (through its wholly-owned affiliate Lincoln Partners Advisors LLC), a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that on December 20, 2010 it rendered a fairness opinion to the Board of PRV Aerospace, LLC (“PRV Aerospace”) in connection with its acquisition of Arden Engineering, Inc. (“Arden”) in partnership with Arden’s senior management. PRV Aerospace is a portfolio company of Platte River Ventures, a private investment firm based in Denver, Colorado.
Headquartered in Everett, WA, PRV Aerospace is a precision manufacturer of flight critical components for the commercial aerospace and defense industries. Through machining of hard metals, alloys and aluminum, fabrication of sheet metal and production of complex assemblies, PRV Aerospace manufactures parts for the most successful existing and next generation commercial aviation and defense programs.
Located in Orange, CA, Arden is a manufacturer of large, complex, precision-machined components and assemblies for the commercial and military aerospace industries. Through its advanced machining and engineering capabilities, Arden produces titanium, aluminum and stainless steel structural parts for a broad range of military and commercial platforms.
Lincoln International worked closely with Platte River Ventures and PRV Aerospace throughout the acquisition process, including performing a comprehensive analysis and valuation of the combined companies and providing a fairness opinion in connection with the transaction.
