Øyvind leads Lincoln’s overall strategic and operational efforts in Switzerland. He has widespread experience advising private and public companies and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, public takeovers, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings capital raising and restructuring processes in Switzerland and throughout Europe.

Øyvind helps companies differentiate themselves and traverse the complex sellers’ market, providing support and direction in preparation for a successful sale. As one of the most experienced corporate financiers in Switzerland, he applies more than 25 years of expertise and relationships to lead Swiss clients to the global buyer community. Øyvind has advised clients on transactions across multiple sectors, including business services, consumer and retail, industrials; technology, media and telecom and healthcare.

Øyvind sits on the board of Cassiopea, an Italian dermatology biotech company quoted on the Swiss stock exchange.

Prior to joining Lincoln to launch its Swiss operations, Øyvind was Managing Director and Co-leader of the pan-European consumer and retail group for Leonardo & Co. Formerly, he was a Partner and Managing Director with Sal. Oppenheim and a Partner at EY/Arthur Andersen. Øyvind started his career at UBS where he worked on mid- to large-cap M&A and capital market transactions throughout Europe.

Øyvind earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from University of Fribourg and speaks Norwegian / Scandinavian, English, German, Italian and French.
