Mike provides valuations advisory within Lincoln’s Valuations & Opinions Group, primarily of illiquid securities held by business development companies, private credit funds, private equity funds and other alternative asset managers. Mike also has experience providing transaction opinions, valuations for general corporate planning purposes, and valuation advisory services for new investment platforms.
Mike has experience valuing companies across all industries and has advised his clients on valuations of securities ranging from private loans, preferred and common equity, among others.
Prior to Lincoln, Mike worked for EY in the assurance practice auditing companies in the media and entertainment industry.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in management with concentrations in finance and accounting from Boston College. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
